Learning and Development

We recognise the importance of providing the very best training and development opportunities to all our skilled and talented people. We nurture the talents of new and existing colleagues and balance this with ensuring technical compliance is always maintained.

Our Learning and Development team consists of two specialist sub-teams, Talent and Development and Technical Training, and provides our colleagues with various opportunities for learning and support, including:
